New political party to be launched in August

A new political party which its name and logo are not yet unveiled will be launched on 29 August 2020 in Johannesburg. 

Founder of The People’s Dialogue Herman Mashaba said many South Africans are already coming in numbers to join his party and they sign over 1000 volunteers daily.

He said that former ANC MP and state capture whistle-blower Vytjie Mentor has joined The Peoples Dialogue and there arerequests for membership forms.

“New name, logo, party’s constitution and solutions blueprint will be unveiled at the launch.  The solutions blueprint are product of South Africans from all walks of life, who came together to offer their experience and expertise. They are politically grounded and workable actions that can build a prosperous, non-racial and security for all South African people. On the launch day, there will be limitations on gatherings due to lockdown rules and regulations. However, we will broadcast live to thousands of people across South Africa and abroad”, he said.

Mashaba, a former mayor of Johannesburg said demands for their new party are clear. He confirmed that they have South Africans behind them to win municipalities, who deliver effectively and will challenge national power in 2024.

“Our party aims to achieve economic prosperity for all and social justice to those who still live under the legacy of our past. We want non-racialism in order to build a united society where every South African is treated with dignity and respect. Law should be respected as we will show the consequences ofcommitting crimes and reform electoral that gives people power.Our party will invent education revolution which invests in youth and provides them with future opportunities. We want to change the wholesale in order to achieve ethical leadership and professional civil service”, said Mashaba.
