Former Bosasa executives’ case postponed to 24 October.

Former Bosasa executives also known as African Global Operation appeared at the Specialized Commercial Crimes Court in Pretoria on Friday morning.

Angelo Agrizzi, Andries van Tonder, Linda Mti and Patrick Gillingham charges of fraud and corruption.

The case relates to tender irregularities and corruption between Bosasa and the Department of Correctional Services.

The State Capture Inquiry has heard how officials also received financial assistance in acquiring properties, cars and funds for overseas travels. It is alleged that officials gave and accepted bribes in the form of cash.

The quad are currently out on R20, 000.

The court heard that liquidation matters involving the African Global Operations have not been finalised.

The request for postponement of the case was granted until 24 October.
