MTN Group CEO 2023 Pay: R70M

MTN Group President and CEO Ralph Mupita’s total compensation for the 2023 financial year amounted to R70.6 million, reflecting a decrease of approximately R5.2 million compared to the R75.8 million awarded in 2022.

This information is detailed in the company’s latest integrated report, which also breaks down Mupita’s remuneration package.

The composition includes a base salary of R17.63 million, short-term incentives of R13.97 million, and long-term incentives valued at R36.92 million, along with other benefits.
