A 26 year old accused from Protea Glen has appeared at the Protea Magistrate Court on November 15.
The suspect has been charged with murder.
Last Saturday body parts were found inside the suspects fridge.
They were found by his girlfriend and she immediately alerted the neighbours.
The suspect came back from the shops, and discovered that he was caught and tried to commit suicide, by stabbing himself multiple times.
He was taken to hospital last Saturday and was released on November 15, and went straight to court
The matter has been postponed to November 22.
The suspect will be kept in custody at the Moroka Police Station.
