A 12 year learner got his finger cut off by 5 fellow learners in an alleged bullying incident on 20 February 2020 at Boysen primary school, Pretoria.
The Gauteng Department of Education MEC Panyaza Lesufi has summoned the school principal, and confirmed that He will be visiting the school Monday.
