The murder accused from Protea Glen, confessed to the police and showed them where he disposed other body parts.
Police Spokeswoman Brigadier Brenda Muridili said the skull that was discovered, was linked to the Protea Glen human remains that were found inside the suspects fridge on November 13.
She said the body parts were linked to a 23 year old woman from Pretoria Soshanguve.
Police have confirmed that a skull was discovered in a shallow grave next to Glenridge, Westernaria Road (R558).
The suspect will remain behind bars until his court date which is November 22.
