The victim reportedly followed them afterwards and was assaulted by the suspect with the toy gun before rushing into the building. Police came to his rescue and apprehended both suspects inside the building. Cell phones and a toy gun used in the commission of this crime were discovered. The officers then took it upon themselves to assist the victim financially so that he was able to get home.
