Sbusiso Radebe to be laid to rest in Soweto

37-year-old actor Sibusiso Radebe, will be missed by his family and laid to rest on Saturday, 18th January at the Avalon cemetery. The memorial service will be held at Rhema Ministries in Protea North, Soweto. 

The talented actor was diagnosed with cancer in 2018 and had been battling the deadly disease ever since. Fans were aghast by the news and condolences kept pouring in on social media.

In December 2019 the actor posted on social media about his experience, “2019 was the hardest year of my life thus far. I was diagnosed with cancer in late 2018 and began chemotherapy on 14 January 2019…It was the closest to hell I will ever experience. But I grew up in hardship so I handled it. It was a true do or die period,” he wrote.

The actor also mentioned that he was in remission andfans were shattered by his passing on 9 January. Sibusiso was well known for his roles on Backstage, Home Affairs and Gaz’Lam.
