Netcare 911 responded to an incident where two unknown suspect in Montana, Pretoria, set a car alight.
According to reports from the scene, it is alleged that the suspects intentionally set a car alight.
One person was injured while trying to douse the fire and assessed on the scene. However, the victim declined ambulance transportation to the hospital.
On another incident, a driver was seriously injured on a car crash in Randburg, Johannesburg.
Paramedics said that a man was seriously injured in a collision between two cars.
Netcare 911 spokesperson Shawn Herbst said they responded to reports of car accident on corner of Russia and Kiev streets in Cosmo City.
“One driver sustained serious injuries and needed advanced life support intervention to stabilise him. Fire and rescue services used the Jaws of Life to free him. The other driver was stable and declined transportation to hospital. The injured one was treated at the scene and transported to the hospital”, said Herbst.
