UK native shot dead in Tshwane

A man from the United Kingdom, JB Strydom, was shot dead in the Tshwane District recently after an altercation occurred between his friend and a 45 year old car sales man.

Strydom was shot twice in the chest and died on the scene. The incident started when one of his friends encountered a man from whom he had bought a car. The two men were allegedly arguing over the payment of the vehicle.

The fight led to Strydom attempting to diffuse the already escalated situation to protect his friend but the car sales man then went to get a firearm from his car and shot Strydom to death.

The Brooklyn SAPS arrested a 45 year old who has been charged with a murder. Follow Gauteng News as the story unfolds.
