A body of a man was found around the Meyerton policing area where community members called the local police to the crime scene. A case of Culpable Homicide has been opened and the local police are currently searching for family members or anyone who might know the unknown man.
The deceased man was found lying next to the road and police suspect he was hit by a vehicle on R59 in Meyerton. He was wearing blue jeans and a grey jersey, he had injuries on his body and the police suspect a hit and run incident.
Gauteng News spoke to the spokesperson of Meyerton Police Station Constable Moloi, “We found an unknownman and it is unfortunate the person who might have hit him with the car did not take responsibility for that.”
