SUSPECTS NABBED FOR POSSESSION OF UNLICENSED FIREARMS & AMMUNITION.

Johannesburg K9 Police arrested two suspects between the age of 33 and 38 for possession of unlicensed firearms and ammunition at M2 Road on the 09th of February 2019 at 17:00.

Police received information about a Silver Grey Toyota Corolla attempt to rob a place; police spotted the vehicle driving on the M2 with four occupants inside and stopped it. They searched them; recovered two firearms and live ammunition in possession of the two suspects. Both firearms serial number has been rubbed off.

Investigation is under way and suspects are appearing today in the Johannesburg Magistrate Court.
