With the recent rape and murder cases spiking up in the country the ANC Women’s League has proposed an eye-opening bill. To curb the ongoing gender based violence ANCWL president, Bathabile Dlamini, proposed that men guilty of rape should be given a life sentence accompanied by the life-changing chop.
